The $9 Light Switch That Changed How We Buy GE Lighting

It started with a gym light that wouldn’t stop flickering and a quote request for under-cabinet lighting in a tenant’s office kitchen. Two emails, same Monday, September 9, 2024. The gym tenant was annoyed—convinced the building was falling apart. The kitchen redo was tied to a lease renewal, so the landlord’s broker was watching every decision.
